Everyone is talking about how safari mobile is ass and that it needs to be destroyed, but nobody talks about how Firefox mobile is an actual piece of shit and how Firefox in general is generally behind the curve now in supporting recent web tech. They need to do something or else they are going to be fucked.

    @irene and monopoly, they are a fair bit away from owning the web. :)

    And some of the nee Chrome features like the new “DRM lock you out” to force you to use “an approved browser” does look like a feature I can live without.

    I've never had much of an issue with Firefox on android, other than it thinks your camera is on permanently if you open and close a website that uses it

    The annoying thing about Safari isn't that it's not good, it's that it could be perfect but if PWAs were functional Apple would have to be reasonable about the App Store rules.
