it depends how you communicate with the client.
You have to have an attitude, in a charming way, that the client does normaly not know what he wants. It's your job to come up with a solution of which the client not even thought about. If it's a good idea, the client just have to say yes. And you go to work until you've finished. Write a contract that after the rebriefing, it's forbiden to request changes or you will charge a penalty fee.
The benefits of this approach is everyone is happy and you can charge more.

@heyheni that is awesome! thanks 😃

    cool :)

But for doing that, it's important that you first understand the client. What's his business. How is he making money. What are his rivals doing? How do the rivals websites look.
And whats the real problem of the client? And why did he chosen you and what he is expecting from you? Ask a lot of questions. Write all answers of these question in a Document. And beginn with collecting as many Ideas by writing them on sticky notes, sort and group them by subtopic. After that you're ready to concept 1-3 sollutions. Write it also in that document and maybe some sketches/wireframes/ mockups to illustrate your ideas. Send that document to the client and discuss which solution would suit best. After a revision of the concept your ready for production.

A few months ago a client specifically asked me to clone the previous app I made for him and publish it with a price on the App Store and Play Store. Fine by me, easy money. But after I was done he kept asking me to change things and I ended up telling him he would have to pay extra for any further changes. He immediately told me to publish it. 🙄
