crisz81917yIf I win and each of you offer me a beer I'm gonna be the happiest homeless on the Earth.

Sure I would offer you a beer... If I wasnt also so broke I could soon be homeless too

Knowledge does get obsolete pretty fast these days. That's why you shouldn't rely on what you learn at school only, but constantly learn new things on your own. You've got to love coding to keep it up :)

And yeah, here is the harsh reality check, by now university is mostly a place to build connections more than getting that degree, since nowadays even the degree doesnt 100% guarantee you the job and alot of stuff related to IT and such could be learn by studying online, I mean how many here doesnt use google+wikipedia+StackOverflow+youtube yadayadayad

Well, here is another thing, you could find a job, now here is the thing, if you find out they were doing some incredible shady/shitty things, will you keep working for them since you dont care or suck it up or decided that you didnt wanted to be a cog in that shady machine and quit? ...
Congratulation, your prize is your name damaged and being branded and soon to be homeless and crippling depression, 3 for the price of 1 -
@legionfrontier I don't. I use bing instead of google, and I only use YouTube for listening to music.
-
@TerriToniAX personally I would rather user duckduckgo.com instead of Bing since its Microsoft, specially that my hate to them got bigger again after they bought Beam.pro (now mixer.com), kind of thinking in make a similar website/service because of it

Well, if you don't win, it means you have a job and won't starve. So I hope you won't win.

Couldn't you just apply for a part time student position until graduation and then switch? Just explain to them that your current priority is you degree but you'd be happy to get some work experience and if everything goes well you could work full time after graduation.
Except if you think it would be maleficient to your grades. Then don't.

I saw a job I could apply, I matched all the requirements, 100%. Not only the bases requirements, but I also had almost all the extras, and the company was in my country and spoke my language, it's good for me since my English isn't perfect.
I didn't apply because I'll graduate soon and I want to focus on my degree.
I bet that when I graduate all my current knowledge will be obsolete and I'll no find any job - not even if I beg for it - until I starve. Do you want to bet a beer? I'm ready
