    Doesn't the task manager have a detailed view? I haven't used Windows for a long time, but I'm pretty sure it exists.

    That looks like some custom made Task manager, so it's either a virus or bug, I'm with the first. If it's in you company machine, then ask around if anybody knows about it.

    @thepra hey ive been trying to find a job as helpdesk for a year now and i couldnt find one. theyre just lucky here at my current workplace, i happen to know stuff about computers. its just a bonus asset. they arent even paying me for that (except for my dumb boss on some occasions)

    Open another task manager to delete the first one them open another task manager to kill the second then pull the power plug.

    Actually, the X button is a separate task. Please press new task and open redXButtonForTaskManager.exe

    I think you can kill the task manager process inside the task manager :D
