Company has hybrid work policy. My coworkers go remote twice a week. I have never gone remote for more than 10 days for the whole year.

However, I just went for remote today and seniors keeps asking me why did I go remote? Even guilt tripping me.

I guess I put it on myself for not taking more remote days but it’s just annoying that they will make you feel that you’re pretending to work even you do actual work from home.

Just venting today.

So if they are not expecting to work when you say you work remote, just don't?

This is why I don't trust companies when they say - We have a hybrid working model. 2 days WFH and 3 days WFO

@SidTheITGuy i dodged such a company. I sensed that at least 2 day would turn into at most one day

Are you sure it's an attack?

I've asked that to devs purely because I've been interested in what made them change tact. Couldn't care less as long as they do the work.

@AlmondSauce yup, multiple queries throughout the day. Which is unusual when they are the one working from home and I am in the office.
