djscolam1197y@AlexDeLarge ah, but if your girlfriend has imparted the mental and emotional support you need today in the way that you need it, then mission accomplished.
-
Kinda have. Me and my coworker need to constantly give each other emotional support when our boss asks us anything to do with his ancient delphi application. Rage comes quickly since both of us have 0 clue regarding working with delphi

@djscolam i am sure it is a nice tool, powerfull and fast and whatnot. But i refuse to learn something with close to 0 prospects. If it had the reach of something like Angular or React (different things but you get my point) then i would jump on it since i dig Object Pascal, but being that not a lot of people use it....well

I mostly hug other devs with a chair... in the face... because they write ugly code.

I hug my mom everyday. She did develop me after all βΊοΈπ
Best. Person. Ever. ππ -

Tbh I'm about the opposite of @AlexDeLarge. I fucking love hugging/hugs/cuddles and so on but I don't have anyone to hug with as nearby as I wish... βΉοΈ

@AlexDeLarge Although I gotta be honest, I very much prefer hugging girls over guys. (no sexism intended or whatsoever, just my 'preference' or however the fuck you'd call it)

@GodHatesMe First of all be nice, honest, stay yourself(!) and tell her if there is something you don't like. Don't wait to tell her your problems until it's too late.
Relationships are nothing for loners who keep all their feelings and issues to themselves.
Every dev needs a hug sometimes. Have you hugged a dev today?
