Only one time I have touched Java EE in the form of a gigantic Spring application and lemme tell ya...shit was so organized and well structured (because the whole thing forces u to do it or it breaks) that it was an absolute joy to work with. I love Java, but do understand that it decreases productivity as compared to other things such as Python or Ruby or php etc etc. But fixing this issue would have taken me way more in other stacks :) i would not change productivity for a complete and fully scalable solution. And yes everything can scale, but shit is literally built into Springm
