Rethought787yActually that's just like clicking on a programm multiple times till it opens. More clicking makes it faster, right?
Used to do that as a kid, lol.
I've the same habit of Ctrl + S multiple times though. Back when I worked in a media agency we had occasional blackouts for a week or so and since this day I'm autosaving every few minutes and at least twice. -
Once in a while I'll ever trigger a webpage save accidentally while tabbing to the wrong window to save.

I don't press CTRL + S more than once consecutively. I press it once and check if the file has actually been changed in another program, then continue working. Never failed me so far.

Fenix5987yWell you're right in not trusting humans, especially when they are clients or stupid users...

A habit that cost my coworker 3h of work.. I am so used to doing this subconciously, I do it even when checking packages on the db... Also forgot that the app's removal of the shortcut doesn't work, so my ocd ctrl+s compiled old package.. o.O
I trust machines more than humans.
Except when I'm hitting that Ctrl+S. Gotta hit it at least like 4 times before I can start believing :-P
