@rc5-asdf thanks for your approach :) Now I notice that I'm doing it exactly like that. That somehow helps. With other software though.

I'm writing it in a self-hosted ShareLatex of my university for collaborative editing/reviewing.

For bibliography I use jabref.

With the scrible toolbar for chromium I can annotate any content on the Web and share it with my reviewers.
