I always use htop command to track those things.. It's seriously awesome.. yum install or apt get it.. -
Kimmax109877yDepends. If it's system load it shouldn't. If it's a single threaded built application you can't change it
Is it normal, that certain cores on linux stay on 100% load whilst the others do nothing, this all while being idle.
