    You need to edit, or print it out?
    fox pdf has an editor/ reader that can add signatures, or you just use chrome, and print to pdf from html.

    Can't you just use open office and print to pdf?

    I use a cracked version of Adobe Acrobat and it edits pdf perfectly for free

    We used cracked Nitro PDF. This ona has a basic JS support.

    macOS preview has some decent functionality here

    KDEs okular is quite good in my opinion, but I don't know about the exact functionality you want.

    I use Sumatra Pdf and I'm pretty happy with it
    I don't use it very often tho

    @retoor OpenOffice is really nice, and I use it it a lot, but for a like ~15 year old project it really sucks at making file that shows the same in office or pdf as it did in the original computer...
