If you want static or Jekyll, GitHub page is quite nice (if you want the source to be private, you have to pay for a private repo though). There's also GitLab pages though I haven't tried that one personally.

All free hosts are shit, spend a couple of pennies and get a cheap droplet on DO.

Look up digitalocean coupons, you can easily get 2 free months with their $5/mo droplet.
