@CharlesVernon depends on when it's getting here and if I need to sign for it 😂

Bless your heart.
Being called out over user error is an absolute fucker.
I’ve had it a few times where [user] got my number because they were irate and needed this fixed now!
Those cunts get no sympathy from me when I talk to their seniors about how they should watch the fucker for a bit. -
@jamescodesthing they (omfg thankfully) don't have my number. They go through a system to get to whoever is on call.
But, they told the people who screen out calls that there was an immediate customer impact and lied through their teeth.
I sent the teams I didn't call a text just saying "you're welcome"😂 -
@QueenMorgana mine basically did the same to argue their way to my number from first line... the poor bridge having to deal with their shit.
Mine is usually just a quick message to them to ask them to apologise to the front line for their nonsense with their manager/seniors coed in.
In a calm and collective tone explaining how they caused their issue 😂
My guys are sometimes directly impacting the customer too but they end up saying it all the time to get through 😞 -
@jamescodesthing good for you for sticking up for your team(s). I haven't had to have a chat with anyone for being a dick to them yet, just lying

...ive been on call for 27 minutes. Have had 2 calls already. One "resolved itself as [their] coworker restarted the server on [their] end" and the other didn't realize the page they were trying to load was decommed 2 years ago. They submitted the request.
I'm sick, annoyed already, and don't want to deal with this, but will because it's my job. Kind of. I have to respond to the call, even if it's fucking dumb.
