So, the problem is that we (the devs) are shamelessly exploited for our knowledge without proper payment.

Solution is simple : Take World Domination and charge by question asked. Every question gets cataloged and gets a complexity value. The more complex the question, the more the client has to pay for it.

Example:
* What/Where is this so-called internet? - complexity level 1
* I deleted the internet. How can I get it back? - complexity level 1, stupidity level 100
* everything with windows needs to be paid in advance
