Worst interview experience?

Worst interview ever happened a couple of years ago.

Both me and the company were certain we were a match. The only problem was the physical distance. I live in another city, and is quite stuck because of family matters.

They turned me down because they didn't want me commuting for four hours a day, nor did they believe working while commuting would be a good solution.

So close, yet so far away.

    I believe you. I truly do.

    I was fully aware that commuting for so long would feel miserable. But the current job made (and still makes) me feel miserable anyhow, so I was really up for the change.

    @haabe I feel you! Two hours is not that bad for a while. Especially if you have good trains. And companies don't understand that it's easier to change jobs than to move.

    @champion01 I have been thinking about it. Those jobs are scarce in my country. So I probably have to look abroad for one. Or go freelance, which I find terrifying. A steady income is a must.

    I would go to weworkremotly.com and look there. Or go to toptotal.com as an elite freelancer. There are tons and tons of high paying remote jobs.
