(Neo)Vim.
I abandoned Atom a long time ago for VS Code. Atom was simply too slow. And the Markdown plugin for VSC is so much better. -
Emacs for me...
If not that, vim it is... atom is simply too big for me to care and both emacs and vim have great auto completion for c/c++ using youcompleteme plugin πβΊοΈ
Plus... it’s quicker to just use keyboard ofc π
But still... auto completion is the primary reason for using emacs and/or vim... but emacs coz I prefer it π -
Pcost8300437yI do use Atom but it takes too much of ram.. now im using intellij idea and goes all fine with it
Sometimes Atom just freezes in my case. -
Atom because sometimes you need to click around shit. Installing plugins is a breeze and it has support for nearly anything that you might need. Vim is great really, but it might get in your way unless you spend the time to learn it in which case it will give you super powers of mass codestruction.
