I fucking HATE our hospitals EHR.... They pushed out an update that stripped user group permissions, corrupted files, redirected paths, and who the fuck knows what else. And the update description.... “Update version: XX.XXX” FUCK YOU!!!!!!!

They are all pretty bad. One of ours stores emails as two separate fields in the database. Oh and if you want a masked uid for a patient that isn't their actual emr (read non-hipaa protected data), you're hosed because every export it starts the uid at 1 with no persistence.
