@deusprogrammer yeah you can just add a form like this:

Username: <input type="text">
Passwd: <input type="password">
<input type="submit" value="submit">

<?php
if(isset($_POST['submit'])){
echo "Login failed!";
}

Of course you can store what the user inputs using MySQL and whatnot, but why would anyone require this?
