If I ever start my own company, I'll build it on the basis of people not giving a single fuck about what others might think about them, especially management.

There will be no place for butthurt special snowflakes and predictable egoFucks! (credit to @MrJDev for that one)

    @gitpull @jdunla
    Ye more than welcome! I think that a remote start-up might also be interesting

    @jdunla For the moment? Nothing really, I'm still just a struggling learner trying to get more experience and wisdom

    Sounds like a masterplan for a really big disaster. I'd give that company maybe half a year, probably less.

    And BTW, who's gonna manage your company?

    @ddephor Well management ofc! My main idea wasn't to get rid of them, but to ensure the people working under them won't be afraid to speak their minds up with no censorship or fear of getting fired. And for that, management needs to be less entitled and more accepting of criticism

    I guess, I'm going to rant about my comment in more detail some time soon.

    I don't think you will get what you want solely from hireing said people.
    It will much more depend on the environment and the managers.

    Bad managers => Bad environment => Bad work.
