Client: WE NEED TO MAKE THESE CHANGES AS ITS NOW A LAW

How am I supposed to work in an environment where the backend crashes and is unavailable for 20 minutes multiple times a day and when it does work the average response time is 3000ms??

I love coming back to old code from when I was learning a new language and cleaning it up/making it better. It confirms that’s I’ve learned something :)

Graphic designer: "Can you increase the letter spacing of this label by 1.5em?"

Built my own Amazon Echo with a raspberry pi because they aren't available in my country. Decided to pick up an official Echo Dot while in America but I'm too proud of my little project to tear it down and use the official thing haha

Developing the front end and THEN developing the back end is a horrible idea, right guys? I've been placed on my first big project with my employer and this is the way the client is deciding to do it (my employer is not making the backend). I just need to know that I'm not crazy and that this is usually never the way people go about software development. Right guys? Please send help.
