Who needs baths anyway. When u sweat it's like beeing in a shower 🤷🏻♂️
-
maybe you should use the hashtag mimimi
-
Only small and medium sized firms allow the BYOD policy ... but still it's a nightmare 4 the IT Dep. because you have so many possible devices to manage ... don't forget the IT Sec holes you create
-
@RememberMe I know what GA's are. It was just a joke.
-
Kinda feels like if/else lol
-
What part of is "genetic"?
-
You should write an SDD and a doc with dev notes.
Face it. You will read your code anyway again to understand everything. Instead of thinking, how can I remember why I thought like that, save the ideas how everything is structured and connected. Also write some notes if there are some hacks implemented because of some possible error that occurs in specific use cases -
I had to refactor some code and it drove me nuts.
Old comments that do not match with what the code is doing.
Or comments on methods like
// returns the backgroundcolor
public Color getBackgroundcolor()
but on Behemoth methods that have 3k lines of motherfucking code -> 0 comments!!!!!! -
The best comments are the ones that not need to be written.
The best documentation is your code. Write code like a story.
If you are programming some bad ass math calculation, comment everything ONLY if the others are going to read the code and have no such depth inside like you in the topic -
It's not about making something faster. It's about entertainment.
I've been sitting in front of some loading screen that took about 15 minutes ... and in the end it crashed but the UI showed the loading screen.
If I can see some cat images at least my urge to kill devs is not as strong as if there would be a loading screen -
Weeks of coding can save you hours of planning ;)
-
Coworker rages all the time and flames pretty loud. It's kinda funny so we let him rage, but tbh it's also annoying because I can't focus ...
-
And I thought you just solved some bad ass programming problem 🙈
-
In the past cookies, or cereals but now coffee & soft drinks ...
I'm thinking if I should start breakfast while coding again 🤔 -
Reminds me of how to draw a perfect circle ...
-
I've been once asked if I can repair a dishwasher ... like what the actual fuck?
"Yea it has a computer in it ... right?" -
Always skip leg day
-
Now that's pair programming!
-
If you wanna do something else, you can try to reimplement MEF (Managed Extensibility Framework)
-
Yea it can save you time writting unit test for models ...
-
You can either use default() or figure out how you can solve it else ... (like check the ctors)
-
Write a program that checks the assembly for certain classes with a special TestAttribute (that you have to write), initiate that class, extract getter & setter, call them to set a value and check if the returned value is correct.
Something I've to implement in the worst programming language that coexist with Malbolge ... Java 🤮 -
I don't get it ...
-
@grumpyoldaf I guess he means Java 🤷🏻♂️
-
No this will just limit the community ... it's better that we the just report those asshats ...
-
Like in every other country too 😂
-
Good old Office Libre ... no need to make it too fancy IMO
Just make sure it's not overloaded and that the important information are on the top -
Tell us more!!!!11!1

It's like this
