@Letmecode It's for a multinational company that specialises in gambling. They have been around for 2 decades, so it is not a fly by night operation. I'm personally not in that team, but I believe the Erlang team is responsible for supplying realtime data

Couldn't agree more. Questions and answers get down voted without any constructive criticism. If yo do get comments, its in the line of 'why the hell do you want to do that' . God forbid you actually receive some feedback that will let you improve and grow. The community is saltier than that of LOL

Yeah, I think you guys are right. I do run containers, but 32 should be enough for a fair amount of them.

IMHO we shouldn't fall into the trap of 'best'. A hammer is best for hitting nails, but it sucks to beat an egg with it.

In my career I've used different languages, OSes and tools. Some projects need this, others need that.
