@rajeshzmoke Have been in the same situation 2 years back. Worked in one of the top service firms. Couldn't continue as it was frustrating. Luckily 1 year back got offer from a US Product based MNC. It's not perfect but still much much better. Never going to try for service companies ever. Wish you all the best for your next endeavor.

As an Indian I totally relate. Lots of scary stuff happening under this government so they can remain in power.

@gitpush No offense taken.

Hire the guy if he is good in what he does. Don't be so judgemental. I know programmers who are very good but sometimes forget their own phone numbers 😁

It happened with my friend here in India. He was working in a startup. They were using pirated Microsoft softwares Windows, VS, office.
Microsoft got to know they came with the Police and seized the laptops with pirated software. The startup company had to pay a hefty fine and then buy all licensed Softwares. -

Some people are just bullish on newer and better stuff so they can give a reason not to learn it and keep using the same things until they are forced to learn.
-

@greenhouse no he was working in SharePoint. Lots of developers in india but really difficult to find good ones. So yeah there is a supply and demand problem.
-
@daarkfall In India better to find a new job than to hire a lawyer. Justice system is messed up.
-
@aravindio Saved your time as well as money. Did the right thing. I recommended the same to my brother but can't make my parents understand.

Most colleges are like that in India. I had to learn everything on my own even after attending the college for 4 years.
