@BugsBuggy no, it wasn't always like this...
-
Good luck!!!
And remember: don't understimate how much you value, and try to make 'em pay 50% of your work upfront 😉 -
I think you are looking at the wrong version of PhpStorm: here the personal license (individual) costs 89€/year.
The licence for business & organization is 199€/yr -
I'm taking a wild guess: it doesn't support it...
-
I'm sorry, but... who exactly said that COBOL is fun? 😜
-
@adminadmin i think 15usd per month. There are also some good series given away for free on that site
-
The official docs (of course) and Jeffrey Way's laracasts.com

Read this book, then we will see if you keep complaining on the language...

I think i made my mind.
Yeah, i thought about toss a coin, but i don't want to blame a coin for a choice i should have done by myself.
I will try to keep both, at least for the first transition time: working for the boss mon/fri 9-18 and keep my office room for saturday (mostly like a 'shelter').
This evening i will discuss my contract, then tomorrow (or monday) i will propose the above accomodation to my co-worker (they still don't know anything).
Wish me luck! -
@kunashe you awesome person 😉
-
So... no-one is going to mention the "SQL injection doomed" queries? 😂
Anyway, in my first projects, i did worse... much worse 😅 -
...or maybe you don't know how to program in PHP??
-
Thank you all guys, you are the best to cheer me up ❤️

I've read an article on this topic few weeks ago:

I like the french pronunce, makes this rant more classy 😁

The fix has 30% performance hit... and in some tests seems even worse.

Xiaomi mi a1??
Just did the update....
Aaahhhhh!! My eyes!!! -
@arekxv no, but it's one of my good intentions for 2018 ;-)
-
@bittersweet again: i agree 100%
When the magic works, everything seems so cool: "wow, a built-in paginator! I just have to add a blade directive in my view"
But when you have to customize the paginator, you'll end up forcing the orm builder to write a hopelessy complex query.
Sometimes the lack of coding guidelines (or the excess of "freedom") drives away from the mvc pattern itself...
I hope for a change in next versions of laravel -
I use Laravel every day, i love it... but you are absolutely right...
Laravel 4.x was awesome, the changes to 5.0 impressive; unfortunately they didn't know when to stop adding "features" to the framework. From release 5.1 things were changing to the worst.
I object with your rant when you say that it's the worst php framework; it can still be awesome used in the correct way (using common code conventions). -
"i'm already 18 years old"
Ooooooh boy! 😂😂😊 -

What if i say that i have to live with webpack, but i really dislike it?
Still downvote? -
"what?!? You haven't already added this?"
-
Man, don't say that... you are not alone!
Think about how you can change this situation. Trust me, you can! you are not trapped in your personal hell -
@Sayaka tried on google.com and it says correctly "digital storage" on the dropdown.
Italian translation is a little ambiguous ("dimensioni dati" ~= "data size")
