@TerriToniAX I'm Australian, already use metric :) and that's one of the things about Europe which I find so nice, being able to just drive around to different countries (can't really do that in Australia)

@ItsNotMyFault Wow, I never realised that Sweden had that much diversity. I live in Australia, which is also a very diverse country. And damn, those tax rates are high, but I guess you guys pull it off somehow :)

@olezhka yeah true, one of the things you need to look at is how much money you expect to make, as if it isn't going to be over 72 a year, it wouldn't be worth it. Really, you just need to start off with enough money (which is often a big issue)

@JohanO is it in general a nice place? What's it like as far as tech companies, would it be difficult to find someone hiring developers? Do many people understand English?

@olezhka didn't know things like this were well, a thing. it's a $6 a month fee so it would be much better for short term trading than long term investment, as you don't pay for the individual trades.

Due to how the stock market works with commissions, it's often quite hard to get into with a small amount of money (other than havering a broker do it for you).

Forex is similar, but generally seen as higher risk/reward, and you can get into it with a lot less money. Might be worth a look

I'm fine with sites that ask me to, and trying to make me feel really bad if I don't, but blocking access is dumb imo.

In my country, the main difference between computer science and software engineering degrees is the content. Software engineering degrees contain much more of the project management skills which are a part of standard engineering. Also, software engineers are given full engineer accreditation.

Half the time I'm to quick for intellisense to load when I'm only making small changes, nothing better than hitting build alt tabbing for a bit, then alt tabbing back to find that it never even began compiling :/

@ChappIO ah I see. In that case I would most likely recommend what @nin0x03 said. You could also use IR, but then you need to point it at the sensors, which makes it kinda bad

A program on your computer/app on your phone would probably do the trick, unless you wanted a physical button of course.
