@devs i also had such interviews here in Sri Lanka. Normally this structure is followed by foreign companies (mostly european ) who have development centres here

Our sub product is using this Kafka but i was not allocated to it. But have a nice story about it. One developer was talking about it loud and we were heard it as "Kakka" . Kakka ( කක්ක ) is the sinhalese (my mother language ) word for poop 💩 . So we cannot stop laughing on it
