I have bought a Moto G5 Plus a couple years ago and I am really ok with it, the design is ugly as hell with big borders, but damn, it works great, a couple months ago I have installed the pixel experience AOSP ROM (the Moto bootloader can be officially unlocked) and now I have brand new software running great. There is a big world outside Apple, Samsung and the Pixel.

@asgs yes, is for including a compatibility feature in opencart, we need a modal, but that modal needs to work with all themes, and we need it working fast (no ajax for obtaining data)

The best thing I have used is to build the git repo with the extension code, and then use a script and the IDE files watcher to sync changes in the extension to the running opencart instance. It is annoying as hell, but is better than get everything mixed.
