Take time to read the documentation! A lot of the time, you can find good blog posts or tutorials online. If you have any team members who are more familiar with the technology, review their code and ask questions if you can't find the answer on your own.

Learning how to learn is a skill in itself.

If at all possible, take a vacation. 2 weeks or longer is better. Give your mind a chance to wander. You'll come back with a clear head and fresh perspective.

I find that clicking the mouse approximately 10 times per second helps.
