Happy birthday!
A few companies do, in fact, have that policy. Mine doesn't, but I had an experience similar to the one @hasu had, so I guess I won't be working on my birthdays from now on -
JavaScript offers ways to detect loss of focus. Essentially you can make an event fire when the user leaves the window.
Also I think there's a way you can make the tab go full screen by default, but I've to check up on that. Some browsers ask for user's permission, some do it without. But you can code logic to continue with the test only in fullscreen.
So, your professor is right. It can be made into a webpage. -
@mrgadget But the fact that that sort of data does exist somewhere makes it vulnerable enough to be stolen, misused, or simply be made public in a future update.
But yeah, as @platypus pointed out, What could possibly go wrong? -
Not my cats, but they sometimes hang out with me

Happy birthday!

We tried simplifying the VR/AR/XR industry it self. We observed that it depended a lot on Unity even for simple experiences. So, we made a lighter PPT like web interface which makes making simple experiences easier. Check it out at scapic.com

@dontbeevil But he was very good at it. You should give him credit for that. The iDevices wouldn't have sold that well without him
-
@landmaj I envy you. Unfortunately, my city cannot have skyscrapers due to government regulations

Tim Cook came out of the closet after Jobs died. There was a possibility Jobs did not know of Cook's sexual orientation.
Also, as a developer, I hate it when people talk about Jobs and not Wozniak. Yes, Jobs was an amazing orator and could sell, but Wozniak did a lot of work Jobs is given credit for. -
Do you work in the Warsaw Spire?
-
Thank you everyone :)
-
@Cyanide Cryptominers do that. They take over your processor causing the storage and hanging issues
-
Probably a cryptominer. Might want to do a hard reset
-
Very anonymous.

It's probably taking into account the delay because silk board

Happy birthday!

Coming from India, I wouldn't be surprised if this was true. But I'd check which college first, we do have a few good ones
-
For $7.5 billion
-
@-vim- Very true, but they went with this. Their engineering team probably thinks this is the best option
-
The reason they do this is because some of their premium content (mostly live sports) is free for 5 minutes. So essentially, you could go incognito, watch for 5 minutes, open another incognito window, watch again for 5 minutes all for free. To get around this, they blocked incognito mode.

Brainfood
I like the bass and the lack of lyrics -
@xalaliah it's starting to feel like a huge scam

@amnjain So a quick Google search brings up a bunch of news articles regarding the matter, none of them from reliable sources. And people are just as confused. People living in the east seem to perceive it as a prayer emoji (me included until I saw a tweet that said otherwise) and westerners perceive it as a high five.
The emoji search on the Google (and stock iOS) keyboards for "high five" and "prayer" shows the same emoji. So, I guess no one really knows.
So, in conclusion, it's just bad design.
P.S: Someone downvoted my comment. We're victims of bad design and the non existence of an answer here and I was not entirely wrong (or correct). Any offense was unintended. Peace. -
🙏 is meant to be a high five emoji, not a prayer emoji
-
And Einstein's birthday

@evanjs nope, no external module. ls runs perfectly fine on my fresh copy of Windows.
