@Jilano @C0D4
And I suppose you send them in separate envelopes, right?
And if some get lost you request things like: "can you resend me the clip starting at 15mins and 12 seconds and 5 seconds forward of Westworld season 2 episode 5? Floppy disk 15382 got lost in the mail..." -
@octoxan
Wouldn't still say that they are really evenly matched.
Plus paying the money, you might get lots of enterprise features which might not be needed for hobbyists. Also payed products generally have better support, since...well people wouldn't pay for those products otherwise. -
Also IDE vs texteditor

You were the interviewer? Where I live that is just illegal :D

Even HR knows that HTML is not a programming language.

Just read a bit about it. Things like why it's good and if it has some caveats.
You aren't going to learn testing in few hours. But you can learn basics in few days while working. You shouldn't try to fake it.
If they ask you questions like how you could improve yourself, answer that you are lacking testing skills. Add in things that are good in testing and express your willingness to learn it. That's at least how I got my current job! -
@gitpush
Sooo what webpage is this? -
Why did I lose all my java classes???

I don't see where's the joke.

@stackodev
Just saw dashlane subscribtion on humble bundle and thought it looked cool. But not anymore 😅 -
Validate all inputs. Validate stuff on server. Don't use technology that isn't maintained security wise.
-
I would also hang myself if there was 30-40 tabs open.
-
Can you explain this because I don't get it why this is OOP?
-
So what does your company do? What is tensorflow used if there's no proper hardware for it? What is your role and is the IT department just you?
Just curious :D -
Wait what is this stat?

I guess it's more history related thing which became a strong meme.
PHP is easy to learn. That's the reason why it was at some point very popular with beginners. Beginners though with limited knowledge on security etc. published apps with multiple security holes. PHP then got bad reputation on security.
Earlier versions also had security issues in the language itself but those have been patched and long gone for several years (what I have heard, I don't dev with php).
Also the issue with a lot of beginners doing PHP was that the codebases became spaghetti, and someone had to maintain those later. And that someone usually grew a strong dislike towards php. -
@raldo94
Make it black screen and add pop up, "Site x ask your permission to use your screen" and after accepting the page would "load". -
You can pretty much just frankly ask those questions.

@justasithlord
Yeah I know :) it was stupid by the pm, but just wanted to point out that there is security built-in in languages.
Of course the main issues with security is badly coded things. -
Well he will anyway lose EU citizens. Potential group of customers. So what would be the point? He could just stop serving EU citizens and live happily on Earth.
-
@azous @justasithlord
Well there can be language specific security issues. Because in the end, programming languages are made by humans. To improve security technologies can restrict certain "dangerous" actions or make potentially dangerous things easy to implement to reduce errors etc.
I don't know anything on Go though, but the claim about security might be true.
Edit: If you code same thing in two languages "perfectly", other might suffer from security issues if the language is poorly implemented. -
Frankly: master.

@dextel2
*chuckles* -
This is nice!

Why would you get money when the fines are paid to the EU?
