Normal people: "It was a beautiful day today!"
Programmers: "My desktop wallpaper rotates through several beautiful days."

"I'm getting an error. It's just not working right."

Stupidest. Bug. Report. Ever.

Please stop wasting our time with tickets like this people, it only requires is to then spend more time just figuring out what the issue is.

@dfox How about a Devrant t-shirt feature?
Where you can enter the id of your favorite rant. Then it just prints the t-shirt with the Devrant logo and the text from the rant.

I got called into a "personal development" meeting with the department lead, apparently my vocal and innovative cursing during coding/debugging is disruptive to the entire floor.

Wrote my first real node.js application today.
Expect to wake up with a beard tomorrow morning...

(after 1 month working on native android app).
Me: The android app is now ready.

Boss: okay great... Can we have the ios one ready for launch tomorrow.

Me: No it will take some time.
Boss: why you already have the Code can't you just make an ios app out of it... Like copy and paste
