That is view of customer on any developer.

Laziness is form of effectivness in programming :)

If not US then just wait.

Nodejs is server-side framework. And actually knowing couple of those js frameworks is like knowing couple of languages. Also ecma and type script. It's definitely not single technology. MeteorJS is full stack framework that I heard some good word about.

I went rant a week ago. Google oauth2 should work in C# asp.net mvc project out of the box. But if you want to authenticate user to have access to some google api then refresh token not working because google apis libraries work properly only up to mvc4 not mvc5. Ended with own implementation of authentication flow and token store in database -_-. Glad it's not for work but for uni.
-
I've never seen non-problematic oauth2 implementation.

Pretty common task at school. I had to do copy of arcanoid back in a day.

Shots has been fired.

@bbcentral all my friends laughed at me because of Dell:)

R# isn't free and can't be replaced easly, at least not all of it's functions. Most of those stuff are replaceable that's sure thing but you know how is it going from luxury to normal life.

There are some awesome master debugging courses at pluralsight I strongly recommend. VS is giant machine and discovering it's toolset is not one-day ride. :)
-
As I started to code everyday I drink minimum 2. And one is usually 440ml big cup.
-
@Cube189 those are the best :) you're not feeling like a boss after 6mth project. You feel like one after one night of programming stuff that actually accomplish something.
-
I am generating sometime dependency diagram or class diagram to check if everything is on place as I wanted but that's all. Reading diagrams from book about design patterns was helpful as well. But beside uni I never felt need to create any diagram by hand on my own(clicking in ide to show me dependency tree is not counting).

Are you dream in code?

Really accurate picture. And it shows why among programmers everybody learn from each other. We have only scraps of knowledge if we look at giant pile of technologies we need to use to get jobs done but it's always(or usually) somehow working out.
-
C# dev here. Tried my luck without R#. Scaffolded bunch of models for database(63 classes) and moved to new project. And then I had 63 classes with wrong namespace. It was bad time without automatic caring about conventions in code. Literally left it as it was and later sameday repaired it with R# on other machine:).

Well I think every IT person around non IT people have 'IT crowd' situations from time to time.
-
It shouldn't be about beginners. Everybody needs to start somewhere and programming theory may be boring for ones. Bigger issue in this area presents programmers who don't pursuing writing quality code and are good with that what they know and don't have ambitions to learn. It's the origin of crappy unmantainable garbage. Beginners most likely don't work. But those who I mentioning do.

More like every month not year:)

I wouldn't be suprised if that is possible. PDF specification is big af and you can throw any piece of data you want question is if reader handles it correctly and therefore probalby writre your own.
-
It's called technology debt and fucked up so many projects.
-
Just got one today. So proud!

If you are talking about Source tree then tryout GitKraken.
-
There are two groups of people on planet. Those who make backups. And those who will be.
And one more lesson. Use a ducking repository for your code. Not doing it is asking for problems. -
*prayer for our buddy who died in friendzone*
but for real. You obviously can't look at the situation clear so listen someone who can. Week of waiting is way too long when you are on job interview not speaking about relationship. Ask yourself if it's fine to date someone who needs to calculate proposition of it first. But rational answer is one. -
Start pet project in new technology stack and you are on page one again. :)
-
Because they have different use cases. Read about compilation or interpreting cycle of any language. And that how it's created.

I hate that stagnating couple of days when waiting for interview answer. It's more exhausting than actual interview
