Well I think this situation happens in most of the major fields through the history: medicine/laws/economics you name it, but there is not really much you have to care about, the people that loves what they do always stands out
-
Why is not everything in master?
-
@Divisionbyzero yes, this does actually come with ES.. 7 I guess? So it will take its time to be available everywhere, but node LTS supports it now and as a developer more focused in back end I'm really excited :D
-
@floatright here you go dude :) new approaches on ECMA are really cool

@ggromx I hope you guessed right, I'm Canadian 🍁 haha jk, yes, I've seen some really greatful answers and approaches, I don't ask questions there but I like to look at some solutions into interesting issues and have found some gems there, can't totally complain
-
@mundo03 of course, I'm not saying windows is perfect, I do actually develop in a windows environment and have been struggling with some of those issues (starting with native modules) but two things:
1. 99% sure that the one asking the question won't deploy to a windows server (unless is an electron app or such)
2. Those issues are rarely critical and have solutions, it helps more saying oh that's a known issue in a windows environment you can ... and ... in order to resolve it
But well, pendejos will be pendejos -
@adampisula haha I'm kidding, as people on social networks getting triggered for something, just that vs code is not my favorite but respect anyone decisions :)

Hell yes well said, and shame on those "I'm a senior but not really" shitty devs that suppose to be always right but end up asking for help to somebody else
-
I do, sometimes, it depends, I like to but my boss is an ass so deploy without test blame the requirements
-
And if you ever ever ever hear something about HackingMexico just run away
-
And btw I'm pretty sure you hate angular/react/vue/ember etc, not JS itself
-
I do actually love js' ass
-
I only hate CSS but I'm fine with everything else
