After 6 months of C++, switching back to C# for personal Unity project feels so much nice, albeit only in my personal time.

Specifically, when you create a class, it's just a single csharp file, instead of fucking header and class files.

Breath of fresh air.

I tried C# again after like 4 years this week, I really like the direction it's going.

Did you see the Unity shit going on? The engine is like cancer now.

@Demolishun I haven't noticed anything yet, I missed everything. Also, I no longer have the license. So, all my projects start with "Made with Unity" . Welp, I like it tho.

It is a good engine. It is just the licensing stuff has made studios abandon the engine. Some studios were half way into projects and they decided to switch engines. Some went to Unreal, some went to Godot, and some elsewhere. I think they finally backed off on the licensing and fired the CEO. But the damage was done.

@Demolishun damn... Unreal Engine is a great choice imo. Never used it tho but it looks amazing. Stuff made with it is more amazing.

@jestdotty I was concerned they would mess up the license. But MIT and Apache 2.0 is actually really good.
