My mom came home crying

I thought she watched a sad dog movie again in the cinema

She said she came back from the doctor

Immediately i felt extreme distress, cause my mom never cries from doctors unless it is something extremely serious such as cancer (she had cancer surgeries about 3 times over 15 years)

I asked what is it

She said she has to do... a heart surgery....

why..... what kind of life is this

Srsly, I don't understand what is wrong with that. It's a physical body, it's bound to wear out. I'd be glad it's only a surgery she needs and not a coffin.

They'll patch her up and off she goes again! It's not like scheduling next saturday for coffin shoping for herself.

That's all assuming her surgery expenses is covered by health insurance. If not - then yes, it sucks.

All the surgeries I've been in - it felt like relatives are saying the last goodbies. Ffs, it's just maintenance. As long as it can be patched up or replaced or I can live OK w/o that part - I see no issue there.

@netikras yeah most surgeries have a high survival rate, but certain heart surgery procedures can have 50% or less survival rates a lot of time

@b2plane I know you will get through somehow together. Just like with your father things will become better.

Take good care of your mama.

And take good care of yourself too. Times are tough but you have already proven to be above it.

Courage to you Serbian toilet clogging hot blonde girlfriend fucking sonofagun.
