ScriptCoded19231207dGood job! You probably already know, but don't forget to skip some days to let your body recover ☺️

SoldierOfCode1802207d@kiki Or maybe you don't know. Basically it's harmful to exercise a specific muscle group every day because it can lead to injuries. When you run, your muscles get damaged a tiny bit, and they improve by growing back stronger, but if you just run every day they don't have a chance to rest and regrow and you risk injuring the muscle becaude of it. So whenever exercise(any kind) you're support to rest every few days.
Also don't forget your warmups before and stretches after, they seem trivial but theyre important.
Get strong/healthy and stay safe <3 -
kiki35325207d@SoldierOfCode oh, thanks! I never knew
running every day is very important to me as someone who's recovering from depression. What can I do to still run every day without damaging anything? Run slower? Maybe take a shorter distance? -
ScriptCoded19231205d@sandeepbalan no definitely not! I have a tendency to hold my breath while doing intensive tasks, and that doesn't go too well with running 😅
7 day streak of running 2.5 km every morning!
