@JoshBent @Pavitra14 it's just GNOME 3 with the Dash to Panel and TopIcons Plus extensions installed. Also the papyrus icon theme and Adapta GTK theme.

Just saying... Chrome os is literally an Ubuntu flavor with a Wayland x server.
Just very locked down.
