If someone is stealing ideas then set them up with a really stupid idea and get them to put it forward. Learn the art of people hanging themselves.

I have this issue and it is frustrating and worse when they are the lead now. They ignore ideas and consequences and also the hero for putting out fires.

I’m trying to find an out cause it feels like we take 1 step forward, 2 back, 1 sideways and then a a straight line back to step 1 to get to step 2 but sometimes just end up at a new step 1…

sounds like a team filled with technical people that is mostly run by non-technical people
