@jAsE YouTube Red is available in only 5 countries worldwide. And even if that TINY market in europe was supported I still wouldn't pay 10 fucking dollars a month for a streaming service just to get rid of ads. One streaming service I don't use is enough.
(Note: It's $10 according to some news site, YouTube themselves won't even show the damn prices when you access it from europe)
And "fuck around with adblockers"? It's literally 2 clicks to switch it on and off and otherwise it just works. Paying 10 bucks just to save yourself a few clicks sounds like the worst deal ever.
Many channels already do their own ads within the videos and I like that better because these ads play on the same volume and are at least remotely relevant to the video's content. -
LuPaw6047y@jAsE maybe I‘m mean but I don‘t want any video I click to make profit out of my click. When I think a creator deserves it because the video has great quality content I want to support them.
But when I get baited by some viral bullshit video of some random prankster jerk I do not want my accidental click/bad decision to support those kind of creators

Does anyone know a good way to use adblock/ublock but configure it to allow ads only on my fav/selected youtube channels?
Because some youtubers deserve it!
...And I‘m too lazy to manually disable my adblock everytime Iwatch some videos of creators I like :/
