On Monday i have a Skype Interview.
Now i've bought a green screen because i thought that would be fun for showing my design stuff live as a virtual webcam. But this stupid Java 6 SE "Chroma Key Live" programm does not recognise any camera... and it's so ugIy... I hate java gui's.... :-/

No, that’s just what happens when you slap a GUI over the top and have no idea what “design” is.

The base swing app will indeed look ugly. JavaFx provides many ways to configure the views to make them nice. In my opinion Javafx is quite nice but i can see why people would think java uis are ugly. The community puts almost no effort to make them nice.

@heyheni try OBS. Here's a rebroadcaster plugin that should output as a virtual camera for Skype. It even supports smooth transitions between scenes, so you can start the call with yourself in the centre of the video, then smoothly slide the scene to your green screen project.
