read it some weeks ago. was really nice. After that I read The dream team nightmare which is kind of interesting to read.

Slightly different context because they aren't supposed to teach you like the Phoenix Project does but the Cuckoo's Egg and Ghost in the Wires are both great tech/IT books and pretty eye opening where information security is concerned.

I'd reccomend the book "Blackout" it's not that much dev related but a good read, that deals with a hypothetical attack on the energy grid (there's a talk from the chaos computer club, about the real world of it too).
