CptFox16167yWould like to, but my work environment is very traditional and filled with workaholics, so that's a no go for me 😔
Have you tried it? -
omiiii387yI used to do it in college, but ultimately stopped when I found myself awake at 4:30am with nothing to do.
-
I've been doing it for about 2 years now. I have a 3 hour core sleep very early morning (around 1am to 4am) then 3, 20ish minute naps throughout the day.

@6160 Usually around noon, 6pm and 10pm but I can be flexible on them. I don’t really follow a strict schedule.

CptFox16167y@ryanmhoffman How did you get started ? Did you start with a core sleep or with the naps ? How long did it take you to adapt ?
(Sorry if it's a lot of a questions at once) -
@CptFox no worries. I started slowly by decreasing core sleep from ~7 hours to ~6 plus a 20 minute nap. Then decreased by another hour and added another nap. It took a while to learn to actually fall asleep during the naps but once I got that down it was easy to cut back my core sleep further and add another nap. That was over the course of several months, but now I can pretty much switch back and forth between polyphasic and “normal” in just a few nights.
