Any tips on how to promote a niche app?
From what I have heard, an effective way is to post it on a subreddit or some specific forum (like this). But since I hate it when other people do that and the chances are high to get banned for that, I am looking for other ways.

I'm curious about this too...like is there a respectful way to do it without feeling like you're shamelessly spamming people.

what problem does your app solve and for whom?

@heyheni Tbh I don't really know. It is an app to easily build logical circuits (kinda like redstone in minecraft) on your phone. I dont really know anyone besides myself who cares about this stuff, so I am not shure who is the "target group". Maybe something for education, but I am not sure.

do some research, talk to people, test your app and get feedback. And iterate your app so that it satifies a need. You have to find your market or every marketing meassurement will be futile.

I think I fit into the target group, but that doesn't get anyone closer to knowing what the target group actually is.
