Does anyone know a good reference for dealing with working permit in canada (In quebec if possible)?

I'm getting tired to hear "Your profile is good but we don't do closed working permit"

The only person I can think that might is @BobbyTables . Not sure if he is native or not though. Or maybe @Jestdotty?

i live in Quebec but I don't speak French and the only place I worked for was abusive and did illegal things, never got in trouble for it, and I have PTSD and haven't worked anywhere else since because the idea gives me panic attacks and made me think suicide is a better option
