Hell, you could use aireplay-ng and just send a packet to disconnect him from the network (you don't have to be on it). One every 10-20s will hit that sweetspot. Leave the pc on with the screen off.

@endor tried out today using esp8266 i have instead of laptop wifi module.
But he is using 5ghz which wasn't supported by my wifi module...
Will retry tomorrow.

@confusedGuy-sh nope... The module's kernel is old. Still figuring out how to install kernel of WiFi module on Ubuntu.
BTW for now told him for no gaming when I'm sleeping.

@confusedGuy-sh BTW till then check if your module supports monitor mode or not.
Also, if he's less geeky and doesn't know much about 5GHz band, esp8266 was great at its work.

@confusedGuy-sh also, the 2.5 GHz we easy to deauth even by laptop however on 5 GHz, the channel at monitor was -1 which is the problem and required to be patched by the new firmware.
