This is bullshit.

We've got a project where we need to build a robot that can:
A. Follow a line.
B. Avoid obstacles
C. Go through a maze.

This, in itself, is fine. I can manage.

The problem is, the teacher that is supposed to support the course, is never where he's supposed to be.
Ie: he was supposed to be in the classroom to answer questions and give feedback yesterday from 09:00 to 13:00. The fucker didn't fuckin show up.

OK, so today, he's supposed to be here too, I've been sat in his classroom without him waiting for over an hour...

Also, no way I can do the maze part without knowing what defines a fucking blocked path, is it going to be a physical object or is the line going to be a different cor if you're not allowed to pass there?

I'm getting tired of this bs.

Oh i wish i had assigments like this! And robot parts of course.

I think you can build it yourself, i know it's difficult but the harder task is the bigger the happyness when you complete it! Internet is your biggest friend there, look on similar robots that do the same thing and then you will get the sense how you should program it.

Long ago i made a robot that could move avoid obstacles myself. Using lego nxt2.0.
It's not that hard trust me!

For my main year, our teacher resigned 3 days before class started, the deans idea of a replacement was a guy that finished his project management studies. Whenever I asked him a question his answer was "nah don't worry you won't use this in the work place ever... Trust me" smh and then he took it upon himself to give my completed projects to the other girl in class who was always a month behind on everything! Luckily a guy saw and recognised my branding on an app, and came to tell me, I got into her pc after class (its not her property) and saw that she had a whole folder of my stuff as well as a folder from a friend who was doing his second year on her user account. When confronted with this from the dean, he took me and said girl out into the hallway and told her what I was accusing them of.. They both ended up screaming at me so badly one of my friends in a different class came out and stepped between them and me... Professionalism at its best..

For bonus build the robot that can:

    D. be at a specific place at a specific time

There: you made a robot that can do stuff your teacher can't

Built a robot that could do the whole "follow a line, avoid obstacles" thing back in the day. Was the fastest robot in uni, but was ultimately defeated at end-of-project tournament because the lecturers used very thin, see-through paper to draw the lines on, and then put the paper on a floor that had lines that showed through the paper and confused the robot... *Facepalm*

@pacohojaverde yeah, I sent him a passive aggressive email containing my questions and a polite comment on his lack of presence earlier today.
