retoor35841dI can imagine, my mom had the book "ik ben slank want ik eet" What is dutch for "I'm thin because I eat".

If you're eating two eggs a day and nothing else, the extra weight loss is probably bits of your own organs running away from the smell.

I wish I could get back on solid Keto. That was the healthiest I've ever been. Meat, salads and cheeses. Lots of stir fry. For ~4 solid years I was at 59kg (~130 lbs) (I'm 160cm or 5"2). I could cycle farther and weight training was a lot easier.
It's much more difficult to stay low carb now that I'm back in America. If I went the "eat two eggs" a day route, I'm sure I'd fail. Staying healthy is difficult. -

Eating nothing but eggs can lead to an increase in sulfur-containing compounds which can contribute to malodorous flatulence. This is because eggs contain high levels of sulfur compounds, particularly in the egg whites. Consuming a diet consisting solely of eggs can disrupt the balance of gut bacteria, leading to increased production of foul-smelling gas. It's important to maintain a balanced diet to avoid digestive issues and unpleasant odors. -
@donkulator I eat 3 eggs a day currently and it doesn't do that. I also eat beans regularly and it doesn't do that
also organic eggs smell vastly better than whatever passes for eggs at the grocery stores. whatever those eggs are smell like sulfur when you cook them but organic eggs do not
what causes gas is you have bacteria in your gut that is eating the food you are and it generates gas. if said bacteria were different you don't get gas, instead the bacteria have different byproducts. and something something the bacteria in your gut linked to level of inflammation, depression and metabolic disorders in humans. your liver actually has to process toxic metabolites from bacteria living in your gut if that's messed up, and that will give you fatigue
Yep, starving myself feels easier if I eat something. My body does notice if I fast, but it completely misses a huge caloric deficit.
I get more weight drop by eating two eggs a day (and nothing else) than when I fast. I have no idea why.
Anyway, I decided that eating about 400 calories a day will get me to my destination faster than not eating at all, just because it's more sustainable.
