D-4got10-011590182d@retoor One of these days I'll have to visit Wikipedia to look up that 'Mania' thing...
...but my laziness is strong. -
D-4got10-011590182d@retoor Damn.
Well, I'm only partially familiar w/ the thing, then. Personal record is 47h w/o sleep.
Came in for work on Sunday, left sometime on Tuesday.
Drank insane amount of 0xc0ffee && things became quite surreal.
Somehow I don't feel the need to experience that for the second time.
/* Did get a small promotion after the stunt, though. */ -
D-4got10-011590182d@BordedDev Well, that was work-related. Either way, I felt terribly, so I don't feel like reliving that experience.
A good rest is important. -
kiki37638182d@D-4got10-01 manias went differently for me. I needed sleep, but just 5 hours felt like enough. I physically couldn't sleep more than that because of all that energy flowing through my whole body, but erratic it was not! I was in complete control over it. Just imagine what a person with the IQ of 140+ can do with that kind of power. Your intelligence get boosted drastically, just as retoor said
This is why people act unpredictably in mania. I just coded away -
D-4got10-011590182d@kiki Had a friend like that for many years.
For him it kind of went away w/ age - sometime past 42 / 45 /* Can't remember well. */ his body would refuse to take that kind of beating, anymore.
...something to look forward to, ey?
Day 27 of starving myself to death challenge. I feel straight up euphoric.
