    1.1.1.1 as primary due to high speed and privacy, then 9.9.9.9 as secondary due to privacy and still fast, and is usually up if 1.1.1.1 is down

    Interesting how well 1.1.1.1 has picked up, go for 1.1.1.1 and indeed 9.9.9.9 as backup (which would be rarely used as cloudflare has stellar availability)

    @axtg you still have to set a source there

    Is this for all regions? I've been using Google everywhere 😓

    https://grc.com/dns/benchmark.htm/

    Do a benchmark on all of them.
    You will have different results from different ISP

    The routes may change and the best for me might not be the best for you.

    Edit: I am only talking about performance.

    @julioburgos

    Thank you!

    Because where I live, operators actually care a little bit about the product they are selling. Here, there's legit competition between operators. But the lines have been more and more blurry over time because there only two mobile networks to-date. There used to be 3.

    Point being: using DNS defined by ISP is the best bet here if you want fast and reliable connection.
