@sharktits You cant judge the power of a programming language by the difficulty of its syntax. The choice of a programming language is dependent on what you wish to achieve.

I don't understand why Java devs always feel more superior than other devs. I remember once someone tried to convince me that arrays in Java are more advanced than tupples in python.

@webmentor he is not. He is judging it by the kind of apps built on Java vs the ones built in PHP. I love php. But most of my php work is obviously web related whereas my Java employments are not. And Java being more enterprisey pays more.
